4 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
2 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
5 C. milk
4 C. cream (or 5 :))
2 Tbs. Vanilla

• Beat eggs with sugar until thick and very light in color. Whisk in remaining ingredients.
• Pour into freezer container of ice cream maker and proceed with maker instrudtions.
